Holosun 407K

I just bought a Holosun 407K to mount it in a Glock G5 17MOS none of the plates will fit the Holosun any ideas as to who makes a plate that will fit the Holosun. I contacted the Holosun CS and got this reply back. Any help is appreciated.

I would contact C&H precision or EGW to see if they make a compatible plate. Unfortunately i am not aware of a specific plate.
