The woman at Farmers, who had refused to lower my premium the week before, ALL OF A SUDDEN "found" a NEW PRODUCT that they were selling at a much better price, in fact about 40% lower.</p><p></p><p>I asked her WTF you didn't tell me about this "new product" last week, how long have you guys had it?</p><p></p><p>No answer from her, just mumbling. </p><p></p><p>Pissed me off.</p><p></p><p>Anyway, she went down a bit lower and beat the All State quote but about another 10%.</p><p></p><p>Pissed me off some more again!</p><p></p><p>Anyway, it was going to be the usual hassle of setting up the auto pay crap and other crap, and I was worn out, just told her to sign me up with the "new product" so I could be done with it for awhile.</p><p></p><p>EVERYTHING is a pain in the wazoo !!! Companies don't give a crap, customer service has become customer non-service , can't get straight answers or a straight deal, have to spend way too much time trying to navigate the crap and such.</p><p></p><p>Rant over!!!
