I found a good load for the Swede I got from Hangfire. 129 flat base and 4064 or H4350 and a couple times out it stayed under 2" at 200 yards. I took it to Abel racing and showed Andrei Moboost. He seen a square stamp with SA in it on the receiver and offered me 2X what I paid for the rifle. I told him SA means nothing to me and accuracy trumps everything. I told him give me a 6.5x55 swede that is just as accurate and call it even. He brought me 3 guns to choose from as a trade for the SA stamped rifle. I took them out and only had to shoot one of them and it was just a little less accurate but still under 2" at 200. It has a bent bolt handle and drilled receiver and rear mounted scope. I LOVE IT. It is easier to get on target with the scope to the rear and I suppose keeping an old rifle bone stock with iron sights is just not for me. I traded him that nice 6.5 for his bent bolt handle and drilled 6.5. He then said since i wanted that one he would give me 200 bucks and the rifle because it would cost 200 to put it back to old original form. Excellent trade. Now this other swede I have I want to drill it and bend the bolt handle and get the scope farther back. Plan is to hunt with these. Not make them safe queens.
