According to the Budget and Accounting act of 1921 the president is required to submit a budget each year. Then the Fedral budget legislation law passed in 1974 requires the president to sumit a budget to congress between the first Monday of Jan to first Monday in Feb. Obama hasnt done this in like 5 yrs. He hasnt had a budget passed through congress in about 3 yrs. Sooooo although i'm not a Boehner fan, I dont see how this could be his JOB.</p></blockquote><p></p>
