The front pockets hold keys, cell phone, and a spare tire; main pocket is for CC  For running, I tuck a wicking shirt into shorts, then put on a G.I. canvas belt over beltline of shorts, attach my holster to the belt, and then throw on a 2nd larger shirt for concealment. Its a little warm, but at least Im strapped. If it's just too hot for that, I carry just a knife.</p></blockquote><p></p>
