It makes you draw ( from concealment), use cover/ concealment, introduces “ friendly” silhouettes among the “ targets”, makes you move, with the gun out, time pressure, target priority ( close threat before far,etc).. i found it very useful, and not very expensive.</p></blockquote><p></p>
