This process requires completing an Oklahoma Self-Defense Act Training class and processing your completed Self-Defense Act application through the County Sheriff’s Office of the county in which you physically reside, including new fingerprint cards. **The SDA Unit can no longer process *Expired Renewals* per state statute.**</p><p></p><p>Effective 11/01/2024, per SB 1291, applicants shall have 30-days from the expiration of the license to comply with the renewal requirements in Title 21 OS 1290.5.
