How about a update on the situation? This thread was started back in February. Is she still having problems? When I first registered on OSA, I was severly chastised by a Mod for a recommendation I made about dealing with a neighbor's aggressive pit bull... so I better not offer some of the suggestions I had in mind to solve her problem... ;) But definitely create the paper trail every chance she gets. If it isn't written down some where what this guy is doing.. then it never happened in the eyes of the courts... it would only be hearsay. That said, a VPO to a 'nut job' is about like what Hitler said about the Geneva Convention.... that it was a piece of paper he could tear up any time he wanted too. Game cameras that use infrared flash would probably be the cheapest way to keep a eye on the vehicles in the driveway. Those cameras will take color pictures with a time & date stamp.. putting them onto a SD card. Walmart is selling 32 GB cards right now for only $40. 16GB cards for only $20. They will hold 1,000's of pictures. She can also get some infrared driveway alarms for $14 at Harbor Feight Tools. A small sensor outside and a loud signal alarm and flashing red LED lights inside the house. Runs off a 9 volt battery and 3 C batteries.
