In your momma’s bedroom.
Our kitchen sink faucet developed a leak in one of the hoses that go up inside the faucet neck. Great. <-lie
Anyway it’s one of those with a deep sink that everything is hidden up behind it and you have to crawl way back up in the cabinet to get to.
If you haven’t had to swap one out and you’re not real young and limber just pay the plumber the thousand bucks or whatever to do it for you.
I’m no spring chicken. But I’ve about managed to get it swapped out but I’ve screamed every cuss word in the books at the builder of this house. 😁 My wife said she thought Rip was in the kitchen (from the TV series Yellowstone).
Anyway with a little luck I’ll be recuperating shortly.

Went through the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Took 2 or 3 days to recover completely.

Yeah I feel it coming on.
Normally I’d call my son but he hurt his back a couple days ago. He don’t need the frustration right now.

Okay chapter two of the fiasco.
I got it all hooked back up.
I forgot to check which was hot and which was cold before I started.
50/50 chance at getting it right.
Yup it’s backwards.
I’ll be marking them this time. 😁

ETA: just told myself I should go mark all my sink water lines hot/cold. 😎

A couple of months ago I had a stubborn lock ring on a garbage disposal that required every filthy word I've ever learned before coming loose.

Learned to use a floor jack to hold up the disposers while monkeying with 'em. One of my better ideas I do believe!!

It may be easier to switch the hoses at the line end instead of the faucet end!

I feel your pain, in my shoulders, back, and bruised side where I laid against the edge of the cabinet base.
Just replaced our kitchen faucet too last week. Didn't know if I was going to get that nut loose or not, but finally did. The new faucet came with a little tool to get the new one on, so next time should be easier as long as I don't lose that tool.

Also on Monday just replaced 3 bathroom faucets and the innards of all three toilets 2 weeks ago. I hope I'm good for awhile now.

I feel your pain! Been there done that recently. All I cay is, plumbers must have hard heads. Banged mine a few times under a sink.
