I always liked the little 410 shotguns. They are just so much fun to shoot. Here is a couple sxs. NR Davis and a stevens. Springfield single and mossberg pump
Off topic sorta but was dove hunting with a guy one time and he outshot me and my buddy with a 28 gauge double barrel. Rumor was he could do it with a .410 too. We were shooting 12 gauge pumps. Will never forget that day.
I love 28g. I shoot competition skeet and 28g is my highest average of the 4 gauges. We shot with a guy from Australia a few years ago at the World Championships. He was a AA shooter and he shot 28g in the 12, 20, and 28g events.
I have a Lefever SxS, and Savage SxS in a 410. I also have a Tactical Mossberg pump in a 410. Love them.
Tried to buy a Remington 1100 in .410 at an auction a few years back. The other guy wanted it more than I did. Wish now I'd have kept bidding.
I wouldn't feel remorseful about that. A Remington 1100 is not that pricey of a gun and the niche market of parts for the "odd" ones means it will likely be a paperweight with any consistent use.
