Or I will be after I peddle my,,,Scoped H&R Handi-Rifle in .357 Magnum,,,And my Mossberg 702 Plinkster with scope and Tech Sights. For several years I bought a lot of my rifles on a whim,,,If it caught my eye and tickled my fancy,,,I took it home with me.I never regretted the purchases,,,I shot all of them enough to be satisfied.Since I retired in Jan of 2021,,,I've sold or gifted away twelve of them,,,With only a very few moments of sellers regret. Now I only need to find good homes for two more and I'm done.In the next day or so I'll take pics of my H&R Handi-Rifle in .357 Magnum,,,It's the rifle I bought to match my H&R Sportster in .22 LR,,,I gifted the .22 away to a son of my best friend. When I sell that rifle and my Mossberg 702 Plinkster outfit,,,Which is already in the classified section of this site,,,I'll be down to the eight rifles I'll be buried with.K-98 8mm Mauser - Because my Grandfather gave me this rifle that his brother brought back from WW-II.Mauser es340b in .22 LR - Because it's a perfect mate to the K-98 and everyone needs a high quality single-shot.Hi-Point 9mm Carbine - Because it such a fun range toy and a decent SHTF weapon.Beretta U22 NEOS Carbine - Because with it's companion pistol it's a truly unique fantasy set.Crickett "My First Rifle" - Because my best friend has three youngsters we will teach with this little shooter.CZ-512 Carbine - Because it's just so dang cute and is fun to shoot.CZ-512 Rifle - Because it's such a fine shooter.CZ-457 Pro Varmint AT-1 - Because it's the rifle I shoot when I pretend I'm a sniper. The only fiery-arm I still have a huge jones for,,,Is an "Ultimate 10/22" of some ilk,,,Probably a KIDD build. But that's just a "want" and not a "must have" at all,,,If I do decide to drop the close to $1,800 for it,,,Then I'll probably gift away the 512 rifle.I'm just musing here as it's rainy and cold outside,,,And I'm in a reflective mood. Now I've got to start thinking about what to do,,,With the forty two handguns in my safe.Aarond.
