Minus a tag. Still had his collar, but no tag, which was on a heavy duty split ring. I could have walked the dog clippin the leash to that ring, or used it mountain climbing. The collar itself has a plastic D clip to connect the two ends, it would have broke before the tag/split ring. So I may be assuming wrong, but, I think they took the tag off, even more so cuz I heard something in their back yard while I was blocking the hole off.</p></blockquote><p></p>
