...but it has. :cry3:

Lately, the gout/arthritis in my wrists has gotten so terrible, that I can't operate the slide of a semi-auto pistol.

Therefore, I'm putting my beloved Glock 43X on the market.

It's been my constant companion both on and off duty for the past year or so, but it's condition does not reflect that. It still looks new.

Included is the original box/case, three factory 10 rd mags, three holsters (Desantis, Galco & Safariland) and the pistol wears a set of Glock factory/OEM night sights. I also have a couple of mag pouches.

$500 for everything OR trade for a Ruger 2 inch LCR in .38 special.

:thanku:
I got the arthritis too! People ask why my everyday carry is a revolver. Here is another reason.

I hear ya'. One reason I have Glocks is because they are so simple to field strip. The arthritis in my hands has gotten so bad that I can't even get them apart. Holding the slide back while depressing the slide locks has become an impossible dream. I can hold the slide, but cannot fully depress both slide releases at the same time. I keep trying.

I thought about that, but I would still hafta sell this pistol then buy one that is OR and then buy an optic.
I was wondering if you could just buy an OR slide, but holy cats, they want dang near new pistol money for those things.

Best of luck in your search.

My gout and RA has plagued me for half my life. Gout has flared in every joint I can think of. lol even my damn neck. Knees were the most fun. not. And it never got better until I adjusted my food types and got my uric acid levels down to a better level. Ive had two hand surgeries to remove buildup. Lost movement in most fingers. But can still work a slide and pull a trigger. What meds do the dr's have you on for this? Ive tried a lot over the years and now can say im on what works. hoping you can regain some movement

My wife and dad both take turmeric and have cut out all added suger (sweets, pop sweet tea) from their diets and they have NO pain anymore.

My wife was in her knee and my dad’s arthritis was in his hips and bad in his hands.

Mom says she can tell it the next day when dad has had some sweets lol.
