IDPA at Oil Capital on Saturday January 26th. Set-up begins at 0730, sign-in at 0900 and walk-thru promptly at 1000. Match fee is $12 ($10 for OCR&GC members). Expect 100 required rounds, or so, for the six stage match.

Are there going to be bays open for members with the 2 or 3 bays being closed for repairs?

Bay 25-3 will be open to Oil Capital member use, as per always. Also as per always, we will tear down and restore to general member use bays utilized for matches. Normally the 25 yard bays are completely restored by about 2 PM.

Currently bays 25-2 and -4 are closed. We will be shooting six stages, on 4 bays.

First off, thanks to all for coming out. It was a good day for an IDPA match. Results are out via BCC email to the competitors. Only one shooter broke the 100 second mark, so the match was adequately challenging. Lots of scores in the 100’s and low 200’s so it wasn’t too hard. Tight shots, here and there, brought out the pencil to record an occasional Hit on Non Threat and the Failure to Neutralize.

Looks like Badlands 2013 is a “go”. It will be a one day match, shot on Saturday April 27th. SO’s and Staff will shoot their match on Friday the 26th. Set-up will be on Thursday the 25th. The match will be an 8 stage, 100 round Sanctioned Match event, one that will qualify those competing in it to have one of the two required sanctioned matches to be eligible for this year’s IDPA Nations, to be held here in Tulsa.
