My House was broken into into broad daylight in 2005. They scooped up a bunch of jewelry from my wife's dresser drawer, (you could see the drag-marks in the felt from their fingers) and then, somehow managed to dolly-out a 500Lb # plus safe full of ammo and a few guns. (They didn't know it was the secondary safe , thank the Good Lord). Reported it, including serial numbers, but nothing has been recovered. Around the same time, a hopped-up junkie attempted to mug me in the Penn Square Mall parking lot one evening as I was walking to my car with several bags of Christmas presents. It didn't turn out so well for him. Took awhile, I'm guessing 15-20 minutes, for the OCPD to arrive and take him away. I bet that asphalt grinding against his face was pretty cold. Pity; that.
