Should crowd control be engaged, absolutely. But if they are held to a higher standard, and expected to be better, then no I don't think they should be shooting up crowds. The most effective thing that we've seen in all these protests is that the departments and national guard detachments that actively work to de-escalate are the ones that have been most effective. The ones who stand their ground and engage with people who ultimately want to be heard are the ones we don't see as much on the viral video circuit.</blockquote>
