Message: <blockquote data-quote="forindooruseonly" data-source="post: 1870436" data-attributes="member: 13718"><p>I used cut up pieces of flat rubber to set guns on when I take photographs on concrete or rough surfaces.  I like that look sometimes, but my guns are too important to me to scratch up for no reason - I have different sizes, so I can use the largest piece possible without seeing them - though in some of my photos you can still see the pieces of rubber peeking out from underneath.  The rubber is about 1/8th of an inch thick - just enough to provide a cushion.  It's kind of tricky to set up and make sure you get everything resting properly but it's worth the effort IMO.</p></blockquote><p></p>
