It may be in a large city or a small one like Tulsa. Tulsa police and sheriff's department would be on a very thin rope for something such as that. Even a major city would find its self hamstrung to say the least. Unlike some on here I pay little attention to the "Gun free" signs like the one for the Tulsa mall.
