Opposing view: Guns in schools can save lives
by John R. Lott Jr., USA TODAY
Updated: 12/25/2012 07:10pm

"Has anyone noticed that these mass shootings at public schools increased after the 1995 Gun-Free School Zone Act? Passed with good intentions, banning guns would supposedly make schools safer."....."With just one exception, every public mass shooting in the USA since at least 1950 has taken place where citizens are banned from carrying guns. Despite strict gun regulations, Europe has had three of the worst six school shootings."

Obama and that David gregory guy who does Meet the Press both agree.....Gregory's daughters go to a school with 11 armed guards.
Typical elitism...different rules for elites versus the common masses.

Orwell nailed it in Animal Farm and I've not come across anybody that's done it better. His allegory exposed the human condition of rulemakers establishing rules for all but themselves. The sad part is we have nobody to blame but ourselves for allowing such behavior to continue without being called out.
