I got a chance to stop by again yesterday, that's the third stop I've made there, and that place doesn't get old. I still don't think I have seen everything in the detail that I'd like to, there are some places like shotgun sections that I trot by pretty quick because there are other firearms that I find more interesting. If you haven't been there & are going to be traveling that stretch of turnpike be sure to build in some time for a pitstop - that place is great.
Well worth the stop. I first went there in the 80s, when I was new to OK. I have been back many times over the years and enjoy it every time.

I only pass by 6 or 8 times a year, so it's a treat when I get to stop in.
They ever recover any of the numerous firearms that were stolen out of the museum by the workers? I remember it was a large amount, but I don't remember the details.
