He was a POW for 8 years so I cut him a bit of slack. Its odd the whole IRS thing came up after the Citizens United decision by the Supremes. Wonder how he had the law structured with Finegold to benefit the "nation" obviously, that having it overturned was such a blow.

Regardless of whatever heroics he displayed making it through 8 years in prison camp, broken arms and all, it doesn't give him license or a 'free ride' to cause harm, mislead, dis, and jeopardize the sanctity and faith of the other 300,000,000+ people in this country.

I'm sure he has been likely well compensated for his prior service, and he may have been well suited to survive his ordeal, but in my opinion he is not and has not been well suited to serve the people or the Constitution. Living through a s--t storm does not mean we owe him any special position. A person doesn't earn such positions. One must qualify.
