Velocity depends also upon chamber dimensions and ammunition. The Mini is close to standard LR velocity from a rifle, while my old Smith snubbie kit gun averaged 925fps with LR hi-vel....personally, the shortest I go with for handgun use of WMR is my 6.5" Single Six which clocks in excess of 1400fps and still expands on water jugs at 50yds with Super-X while CCI MaxiMags with harder plated HP pencils thru at any range from same gun.</p></blockquote><p></p>
