Okay I plan to hunt at Fort Gibson soon, so when they say "Closed to Antlerless" on Deer Gun season, that means any antlerless deer in PHA can't be harvested/killed during that season with a rifle correct? That goes for does and antler less bucks?

Although rare, antlered doe are possible. If it has antler more than 3" above hairline it is an antlered deer regardless of the undercarriage.

Nice! But I’m still having a bit of confusion on the “Seasons with Special restriction” part on their site, does it apply to Fort Gibson PHA in all of their areas or only to the “light green” parts in the map or is it all. Cause on the map the “light green” colored parts says “State managed, see special restrictions” I’m assuming it means the “light green” colored areas?? Or does it mean all of the areas in Fort Gibson PHA??
