No, but pointing what is considered a weapon by any LEO standard at a stranger should be. I would be curious if this situation involved a LEO driving down the road and he seen some kid pointing what he perceived as a weapon in his direction in a firing position, if he would have just honked and gave the kid a friendly wave and drove on. I think not. The kid was wrong and he's damn lucky he doesn't live in Tulsa and did this to one of our fellow "wanna be thugs" out driving around.
