Finally in 2018 bought a Cuisinart SS-10P1 K-cup brewer. Much easier to use, faster, does plain hot water of selectable temp for teas and broths, large clear plastic removeable (washable) filtered reservoir, makes great coffee, and has been 100% trouble free for 6 years now. Not cheap at $150+, but cry once, buy once. As a comparison, we paid over $500 for the three Keurigs over the years (all failed after warranty expired). One possible caveat: We are on a hard water well and NEVER put well water in the coffee makers, always bottled water.</p></blockquote><p></p>
