Kids today and most parents believe they're entitled to everything. They think they're entitled to the roadway because they're walking on it. They've also been taught that pedestrians have the right of way. Not true. The only time a pedestrian has the right of way is in a crosswalk. If you're driving down the road, obeying the speed limit and traffic signals and some person runs out in front of you and you hit them, you are not in the wrong as long as you sound your horn at the same time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
