Womens Defensive Handgun Course

Location: BDC Gun Room Indoor Range, Shawnee, OK
Cost: $195.00
This is a friendly, supportive class run by all female instructors and limited to ladies only. This class will cover the basic skills involved in using a handgun for self-defense including safely drawing and re-holstering; reloading skills; and learning to hit quickly and accurately. The instructors will also share their experience in selecting equipment to include holsters and other carry methods, and clothing for fashionable concealed carry.
Students will need a semi-auto handgun, of quality manufacture, in 9 mm or larger caliber. Students will need a holster worn on the belt, with the belt worn through belt loops on pants. You will need at least two magazines for the pistol, one in the gun and one spare. You will need approximately 250 rounds of jacketed practice ammunition. Rangemaster will supply a workbook.
The BDC Gun Room Indoor Range is a very comfortable, modern, brand-new facility. The classroom is comfortable and there is a nice lounge area in addition to the modern indoor range. There will be a break for lunch and there are snacks and drinks available in the ranges lounge area. Ammunition can be purchased at the range or you can bring it with you.
