That trencher is awesome!
4' deep, 420' in 1 hour maybe 1 hour 15 minutes for the electric
2.5' deep, 500' right at 45min to 1hour. For the Water

I would have thought that you would want the water line to be at 4 ft and the electric at 2.5 ft.
What’s the frost line, 12”?

About 18 inches
