I think he wants to stay out of hot water with leadership. That's not how he ran. He ran as fixing Washington. You don't fix Washington by being noncommittal on an issue like this. Seems like he ought to tell us what he thinks and stick to his guns, so to speak, rather than tell you he's waiting to see what comes out of the Senate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
