After snarling at her through the door for a bit he jumps back over. He has to scramble to get over so that is enough of a head start for her to book it inside, but she is limited to about 10rds from the door.The owner put the dog on a chain however he still jumps the fence while on the freaking chain. I told her that shooting it is out of the question now and she is stuck with this annoyance for th time being. In my opinion it's time for a higher fence to be built but of course the renter is not going to split the cost...</blockquote>
