My grandma has told me she has to be ready to get back to her backdoor at any moment and she can only go so many feet away from the house for fear that she can't make it inside when the dog comes. Gillman the dog is running up and down the fence line barking and up until this evening was jumping over the fence at his discretion and pretty much chasing her back inside. After snarling at her through the door for a bit he jumps back over. He has to scramble to get over so that is enough of a head start for her to book it inside, but she is limited to about 10rds from the door. The owner put the dog on a chain however he still jumps the fence while on the freaking chain. I told her that shooting it is out of the question now and she is stuck with this annoyance for th time being. In my opinion it's time for a higher fence to be built but of course the renter is not going to split the cost...
