Message: <blockquote data-quote="elance" data-source="post: 2108954" data-attributes="member: 5672">ok folks , Rant On i haved lived in the country , town and the city.i have been working on my truck (in city)when a pair of the neighbors dogs barking and growling at me forced me in the house.i have been in my backyard with my toddlers when a mixed pack of breeds went along my fence (chainlink) growling at my small dogs and small children .i have been playing on the empty lot when neighbors pit latched on to my weiner dog max.i have sat in the hospital consoling my sister when a german sheppard (a neighbors dog) bit my nieces face .when i moved to the country last, having growed up in the country, i went introduced myself to the neighbors and told them if my small city dogs bothered their livestock to shoot them . just exactly what do you city folk think happens to dogs you dump in the country? can you afford to feed 20 strays ?as for small dogs versus large let the small dog chase a high dollar horse through a fence .i have shot my own dog , your dog , your cat and mine , as well as any possum or armadillo or racoon that found the house.i have trained my animals to respect their boundries and disposed of the ones that didn't .we are to be stewards not coddlers, i can not afford nor want additional burdens on my family nor will i put them on yours .if my dog troubles your cows , dont come crying to me, shoot it ! or if you come to me get out my way because i will shoot it .right to own animals is not without responsibility , and responsibilty and price must be something your prepared to pay.excuse me i just went and let my two brave dogs in because they were barking at the neighbors arrival home .i help my mother in her backyard doing chores to the incessant barking of neighbors dogs .responsibilty novel huh ? was the kid bragging or warning or voicing his frustration ? i dont know but there again , he wasnt shown or didnt show responsible internet use .but does he deserve death threats to him and his familiy? rant off elance</blockquote>
