One of the outside units popped a capacitor in the summer. The plumbing for the attic units wasn't installed correctly and the drain pipe would clog occasionally causing water to back up and trip the moisture sensor. That's been fixed with a new run of drain pipe that has more of a downward angle before it drops out of the ceiling. We did have a furnace catch on fire 3 days before Xmas a couple of years ago. I was able to put it out before it spread out of the furnace. Lennox sent a new furnace for free and took the other one back to see if they could figure out what caused the fire. The service guys from Prudhom are nice, but I don't think I'd buy Lennox and I'd think long and hard about giving money to Prudhom.</blockquote>
