It does have some mass to it, but I'm not concerned about weight; if I was I'd ditch the surefire, that thing weighs a ton. Its benefits are designed around a shorter rifle, like you say, so it would be pointless to put it on anything longer than a 14.5, and even then it'd debatable.</p><p>I forgot about the covers, those things are great! I must've posted an old pic. The Vltor E-mod stock is awesome too. The bigger butt pad fits the shoulder better and the longer clubfoot style makes it decent for long range, i.e. prone shooting.</p></blockquote><p></p>
