Since these generally not carried and zero since they stopped taking orders, will post these here.
A few others rarely carried but think I'll carry the shiv tomorrow, it saw some saddle time while playing Army and not as in as nice a shape as photo suggests...used the old bowie in Panama, it looks much worse than photo, have a nicer one around here but not dragging it out.
Another not getting worn to the grocery store, old knives shown are those captured from John Wilkes Booth and company, a very popular Sheffield bowie style in the mid-1800s in the US.
Most of my knives were gifts … starting with the switch blade some 52 years ago that was a “Christmas stocking stuffer” that my late father gave my brother and me just to piss off my mom. It doesn’t stay locked/shut and is duller than a letter opener.
The knife on top was given to me by my son when he took a road trip through the Southwest. He said it was some sort of Native American knife but it looks like a really nice prison shank.
The Ontario Bayonet and Cold Steel Sam Mai III stay in the safe … other than being really sharp, they are rather useless other than to piss liberals off when I attach the bayonet to my AR or shotgun.
The fixed blade I believe is an old Benchmark. Gift to take on a deer hunt 40+ years ago. Never used it and it sits on the shelf.
The two SOG folders I carry one or the other everyday. Used to carry the Benchmark “Rollox” but it stays in the safe along with the AG Russell “Sting” Boot Knife from the mid 70’s. Cool little knife.
