At the same time they need to inspire us to be proactive in doing what we see as the right things to do on our level. There is plenty of stress in this situation. We need to focus on the "positive". Self-reliance and community building are needed. The state and Federal governments have roles to play but local is what matters because we can influence it for the better instead of obsessing over the other levels.</p></blockquote><p></p>
