Personally, my wife and I have NOT worn any, and we are both over 65. Mostly we've stayed at home, but we do try to get out every day and go walking for anywhere from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 miles, in addition to our occasional trip for groceries or such.</p></blockquote><p></p>
