I went a different route, bought a Mech Tech upper for my G17, it's also a gas to shoot!
How about a range report and evaluation?
When it dries up a bit I will be zeroing in the sights and running it through it paces. I will give a range report. It's been too flooded to do much but just could not resist running a box of Federals through it. I can report this. No FTE. No FTF. No jams and ran as fast as I could squeeze it off. It was a ton of fun to shoot and can drop a ton of brass without hearing a cash register ding with every mag. Got it home and cleaned it and was surprised how clean it stayed. This is a great fun gun but even though there are 9mm haters everywhere, I would not blink an eye if I got to this one before my AR or AK.
It's a solid build. Change the stock, grip, fore grip and add a light and it's perfect. Great for home defense as well. Less likely hood of shooting through your home and the home down the block.
