Accurate rifle good steady position and know how to adjust your AO scope and need to know how to read wind. All this can be learned by getting out and shooting and use 22 LR or .223 or 30-06 is does not matter. The same things need to happen. This page pretty much tells you what needs to happen. Have you got out and shot 200 yards with yours? I go out and shoot in high winds (30MPH) often and my friends wonder why i would do that. So I know where my bullets will drift to. I set up to get the full cross wind effect. I never know which way the deer or hog will come from and I need to know what my bullet will do in all situations. Lots of ammo gets shot but you will be educated quickly when shooting in windy conditions.
