This is very early in the planning and im trying to learn things, ask questions to see exactly what i need. I have a 100 acres, and i will be using dirt berms for right now.
I definitely would contact the NRA, I know they sell/have a book on range setup. Depending on the layout of the acreage though, I think 1K on 100 might be a bit tight while allowing a safe backdrop. I don't mean that to be discouraging, it would be AWESOME if it can be done.
I'm in Tulsa (obviously), and have work and school; that being said, I would donate time as well on weekends.
