Those folks could care less about any of the aforementioned concerns. What they care about is getting re-elected. They do that by pandering to the masses and the majority of the masses respond more to emotional rhetoric and almost not at all to logic and reason. That has not always been the case but it has been for at least the last 50 years in an ever increasing downward spiral and will continue so until - well - just until.</blockquote>
