If you have a business that might be able to chip in or are a golfer that would like to participate please let me know.
The Professional Aviation Safety Specialists, AFL-CIO (PASS) is asking for support for a very special cause. Terri Long was the vice president of the Oklahoma chapter of PASS, a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employee and active in her community. Terry was tragically killed in the May 20, 2013, tornado that devastated Moore. PASS is seeking to raise funds to donate to Allys House, an organization that provides support for local children with cancer, where Terry was very active.
In order to raise funds, PASS is holding a golf tournament at the Moore Golf and Athletic Club on Monday, June 2, at 9:00 a.m. There are several ways that your organization can provide support for the tournament and Allys House a causes important to Terry. PASS is looking for hole sponsors and teams to participate in the tournament. For a $250 donation to the tournament, you can have a sign advertising your business or organization placed on the tee boxes. For $500, you may obtain exclusive sponsorship on holes 1, 9, 10 and 18. Individual donations to play in the tournament will be $75 per person or $300 per team, with other fundraising opportunities available during the tournament.
Organizations may also donate items such as gift certificates and/or merchandise to be auctioned and/or given away as door prizes, or provide items with company logos (such as golf balls, tees, pens, etc) to be included as part of the tournament goody bag. Any assistance your company can provide would be appreciated. Any and all donations will be accepted.
