If you have not shot one, I would encourage you to. I had one in .50ae and shot exactly two mags full. Muzzle flip is horrendous in a huge heavy pistol. If you like it, great. You may enjoy (and shoot more) something like a redhawk .454 or the smith .500

Hey buddy. I just bought my first 4" 500 Smith & Wesson magnum at the Tulsa gun show a couple weeks ago. I have actually shot a 50 AE a friend had a whole back and loved it. I figured since I already have a 500 magnum now I didn't need the 50 AE also and that's why I'm looking for the 44 mag version.
