Lunch shoot at Red Dirt in Denison TX

Took an extended lunch today and dropped by Red Dirt Gun Range in Denison. Stopped by Gander Mountain and Academy to see if there were any good ammo deals. Gander had a good deal on the Blazer Brass 350 count 115 grain under $100.00 but nothing that great.
Picked up some Remington 115 grain and off to the range.
Shooting the Springfield Range Officer Operator 1911 9mm at 15 yards.

Not bad. I'll take it. Had just been shooting 20 and 25 yards but could not get the visual feedback unless I brought the target home. Decided to use the splash targets and move into 15 yards. See my hits and adjust.
Going out tomorrow after I do a christmas thing for our church and spend the rest of the afternoon at Red Dirt and the Durant Gun Show.
