Lyman 55 Powder Measure

Would any owners of these powder measures care to comment on them ?
Specifically, accuracy with different types of powders, cylindrical, flake, and ball, and various weights of same. Also any comparisons with other measures you may use. I just acquired one on e bay ( Can't bring myself to say "WON" since I was willing to pay more than any one else in the USA or else where ). Anyway I bought it cause it just looked neat, not cause I needed another measure, and I'm a sucker for things like that.

I have one of the orange things and like it. The way the powder measure adjustment works, it is possible to very finely adjust drops to the gnat's eyelash level. The powder knocker feature is handy with certain powders. Be sure to "knock" the same way each time for consistent results. There is a press adapter out there that converts the Lyman thread to standard 7/8 x 14, so it can be used on standard presses.

I have been useing one on my Lyman spartan press for 20 + years with no problem.
