Here is my contribution to this thread. Gun used to belong to a Cleveland (OH) Police Swat guy, who gave it to my father, who left it to me when he passed. The people who like to leave originals alone aren't going to like it but I love it. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, hopefully one week night here soon.

Very, very, very nice! Seems like Federal Ordinance offered a stock something like that years back, billed as a "paratrooper's stock" if I remember right. Congrats!

Here's a pretty old pic of my M1a Loaded model with a few other tweaks I had to make.. Since this pic was taken my adjustable cheek rest has been installed. it shoots outstanding with the suppressor, and is very much hearing safe!

I'm not a fan of the Springfield mount, but the scope really isnt to bad at all. But you're not going to hear me complain to loudly about something that came with the rifle.

I'm late to the party as usual, but THAT is a gorgeous rifle! Wow! I've got to get one of those for myself now.
