Beautiful M2 Carbine Stock in great condition, appears to have been varnished. Hand guard is early 2 hole and is stamped PU. Comes with sling and oiler and stock hardware in place.

Too bad someone varnished it, can you see any markings or cartouches on the stock? I think you can remove the varnish with denatured alcohol.

I really can't see a cartouche but there may be a faint "O" in the sling well. As for removing the varnish I'd probably want to keep it if I restored it lol.
