M44 "scout" rifles from Century

Well I'll just keep my eyes out for their next "blue light" special. One plus side is, I made a good inside contact in their sales department. She said anytime I'm looking for something in particular just call. Turns out they DID have some PSL's in stock this morning..... that werent listed

How much?!? From what I understand, you can have your FFL order for you from them. I'd like to have a PSL.

Well, looks like they were NOT over sold! Just recieved a call that I've got some long boxes from Century waiting on me! Woot Woot! So I guess we'll see what a $299 Wasr10 & $79 M44 Scout rifle looks like

I'm still wondering what you mean by M44 scout rifle.

Ok, the $79 M44 "scout" rifle is a Hungarian M44. It even says it on the tag attached from Century, I dunno what is "Scout'ie" about it but anyway.... Its a complete rifle minus the stock and rear sight.
Which makes this a perfect canidate for an Archangel stock and a Brass Stacker scope. I could never make my self do this to a complete gun.

The $299 WASR10 "poor & incomplete" turned out to be a complete & what I'd consider good condition, after a cleaning. It was covered in dust on the outside but internally it was cleaned and oiled. I put a few mags thru it yesterday and it works just like an AK should!

Maybe I just got lucky on this deal? But I'll take luck anyday!

Hmmm they could have just called it an M44 barreled receiver.
