This all came about because I got my hands on a Wusthof Deba knife a few years ago right before they became unobtanium and it's one of my favorites in the chef's box and I have no clue why they stopped making it. On the other hands I have two Cold Steel Espada's and have no clue why they exist in reality even if they are buckets of fun.</blockquote>
