Thank liberal democrat politicians for this happening and the ones that elected them. This is unfortunate. .

Funny how the local Law was quick to say they don't enforce requested Fed ICE retaining Laws throwing the blame off them and trying to justify their actions. Wonder if they are placed puppets and this is their liberal position of just strong armed and hamstringed buy bleeding heart politicians.

20 times deported plus his criminal record? Everybody involved in this needs to be held accountable with some extra attention.

Yes, Portland is a sanctuary city. However, it gets even worse. 30 of Oregon's 36 counties are sanctuary counties, which is why I'd really like for the Trump administration to withhold federal funds and grants. Oregon doesn't have a sales tax, so they would really begin to hurt financially.

Since we are currently living up in Oregon, I can attest that most of the area of the state is conservative, but that Portland, Salem, and perhaps Eugene are cities that are liberal enough and populous enough that it is listed as a blue state for election purposes. Those counties are the primary problems for liberalism, but because they are the most populous the state isn't really "red." I think that, at most, 6 counties might be blue counties.

For those who did nothing to stop this guy, deportation would be good after they compensate his victims and serve a nice long jail sentence. Ignorance of the law is no excuse - neither should be flouting the law.
