Okay maybe not him (yet) But at the way business was conducted at the used car lot. I had previously bought a 2006 Jeep commander from them. It was a certified pre owned. After the deal was agreed to and we were finishing up getting everything signed I asked them if I was going to find out later this vehicle had been in an accident. (I know I should of asked for the carfax) The salesman tells me they are not even allowed to buy vehichles from the auction that have had any accidents and that they wouldn't legally even sell me a car without telling me if it had an accident. Well I go to trade it in tonight on a 2010 VW Jetta TDI and the sales guy there asked me if I knew that the car had been in a wreck. I was shocked to find out it had been in a wreck the previous December. the damage was marked as function but not Minor. Meaning it could still drive home but had to be repaired. I guess I am going to be calling Chris Nickles himself, or trying to anyways to see what if anything they are willing to do to make this right. What do you guys and gals think? My own stupid fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt? or do you think I should try to get some kind of reimbursement or buyback?
